Process characteristics and performance of control box:

180 degree hinge ensures door opening angle to 180 degrees

Multi-layer protective groove at the mouth of the box can play a reinforcing role. It can not only prevent dirt and water from entering the box when the door plate opens, but also provide more space for the mouth of the box.

The installation board made of galvanized steel sheet can not only wiring outside the box, but also provide more installation space.

PU foam sealing strip ensures that the box body reaches IP56 protection level

Surface treatment: Phosphating primer treatment for box body and door panel, powder coating on the outside, two kinds of weaves in color, RAL7032 and RAL7035, and galvanized installation plate.

Protection level: IP56 (according to GB4205-1993)
