Process characteristics and performance of AK control box:

PU foamed sealing strip ensures that the box reaches IP56 protection level

Widened box frame, load-bearing hinge and square pipe reinforcement of door plate ensure high strength of box system

3.0 mm galvanized mounting plate and high strength mounting plate bracket can be selected to ensure the reliability of the mounting device (cabling can be done outside the box)

Bottom inlet and outlet line device ensures flexibility and convenience of inlet and outlet line

Optional transport hoisting system ensures convenient and fast transportation

Material: Cold-rolled steel sheet

Surface treatment: Phosphating primer treatment for box body and door plate, powder coating for external, can be divided into two kinds of weaves: RAL7032 or RAL7035, installation plate is galvanized.

Protection level: IP56 (according to GB4205-1993)

Standard configuration: door panel, box body, sealing strip, grounding kit, installation board, door lock, transport rings (optional)

Plate thickness:

Box: 1.5mm (optional 2.0mm)

Door panel: 2.0mm

Installation board: 2.5mm standard (optional 3.0)
