Process characteristics and properties of stainless steel junction box:

Installation of door panel and box body with special screw and guard ring according to general standard ensures not only protection level but also use and maintenance of box body in very narrow space.

Multi-layer protective groove at the mouth of the box not only plays a reinforcing role, but also prevents dirt and water from entering the box when the door plate opens.

PU foam sealing strip ensures that the protection level of the box reaches IP56

Grounding wire can connect box body and door panel

Both sides of the box are equipped with brackets with screw holes to ensure maximum installation height, and support rails or installation plates can be installed.

Special plastic insulating sleeve can not only seal but also keep door screw from falling off, and play a guiding role when screw is tightened.

Surface wire drawing treatment (sandblasting treatment can be done inside high-grade box)

Technical conditions:

Material: SUS304 (optional for other materials)

Surface treatment: wire drawing and galvanized mounting plate

Protection level: IP56 (according to GB4205-1993)
