HY-SK Condensate Evaporator

In response to customer requirements, our company introduced a product, namely condensate evaporation device, to solve the problem of surface water due to long-term use of electric cabinet air conditioning and untimely treatment of water bottles. The evaporator of our company is used in conjunction with the industrial air conditioner produced by our company for collecting and evaporating condensate. When in use, the condensate outlet of the air conditioner is connected with a plastic water pipe, and the other end is inserted into the water pipe hole of the evaporator. Note: The water pipe must be inserted into the stainless steel tank inside the evaporator.






Instructions for the Use of SK-05 Smokeless External Condensate Evaporator




1. The evaporator is used in conjunction with the industrial air conditioner manufactured by our company to collect and evaporate condensate water. When using, connect the condensate outlet of the air conditioner with a plastic pipe and insert the other end into the pipe hole of the evaporator. Note: the pipe must be inserted into the stainless steel water tank inside the evaporator.




2. Technical specifications of evaporators:




A. Working power supply: 220V




B. Power: 500W




C. Maximum evaporation of condensate: > 500ml/h




D. Control mode: automatic




E. Shape size: 286 mm * 100 mm * 150 mm (length * width * height)




3. Installation method: It can be installed on the side below the air conditioner, and should be as far away from the air conditioner as possible. When the evaporator works, it will produce a large amount of water vapor to avoid condensation at the bottom of the air conditioner. Because the bottom of the evaporator is an air intake structure, it must be installed on the electrical cabinet, 4-5 cm above the ground.

5. Notes:




A. Evaporator has automatic control of liquid level sensor. When electrified, please place the evaporator horizontally. Do not invert the evaporator so as to avoid damage caused by dry burning of the electric heat pipe.




B. When the evaporator is working, it is forbidden to put hands above the outlet to avoid scalding.




C. The evaporator is designed with double heating tubes. When the water volume is low, the single heating tube will work. When the evaporation volume is insufficient, the double heating tubes will work automatically. Two indicators on the panel show the working state of the heating tube.
